Our solution automates the collection, transportation, and disposal processes of waste collection and recycling.
Based on a GIS – AVL system, managing authorities can collect real time on-board information from the daily routes of each hauler truck such as: garbage net-weight, lifts’ conditions and brake pressure, start-stop engine, fuel consumption, speed, etc. Each storage container is equipped with an RFID sensor. Information from the hauler is send to the back office GIS system over GPRS/GSM every two minutes creating a real-time pipeline between the office and the field. Collected data is analyzed and each aspect of the hauling operation is monitored so that routing optimization and billing can be assured.
